Summary: The rooms were clean and nice. Originally, we were given a different room than was requested. The staff rearranged things so that we had the type of room we requested.

Summary: The bistro and the Starbucks were not open on arrival or all day Saturday, which was an inconvenience. The space between floors is clearly not insulated as I could hear the people above walking which sounded like stomping and doors slamming. This occurred well after midnight and again at 4:33. Also, not having complimentary breakfast is a downfall as well. I wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: Stayed here for the Cincinnati Open 2025 - excellent choice for location for getting to the Linder Tennis facility (or Kings Island) and easy enough to get downtown. This Courtyard was very clean throughout! Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we like. While we did not eat or have drinks at the bar, they were well staffed and graciously provided plates, cutlery and glassware for us to take to the room (meats, cheeses and a baguette from Findlay Market was dinner in the room). Plenty of food / drink options and other store options nearby. Our only less than perfect stars was that our room did need to have some doors leveled and tightened. Yes, we would stay here again.
