Summary: The 15th through the 17th was my birthday weekend and the only reason I booked at the courtyard Marriott collierville is because they had a Pool and jacuzzi but when we got there the jacuzzi was not working it was hot but there were no Jets if I had known this I would not have stayed there the room was fine the area was great but that kind of put a damper on my trip

Summary: Hot tub jets were out of service and so was the Wi-Fi the first few days of our stay. They got it going on the last day of our stay. Breakfast was excellent and so was the staff in all areas of the hotel.

Summary: The people at the desk were awesome. We were accidentally charged for an extra room and the gentleman and lady on the day and evening shift were so patient and helpful. Please give them a raise! The rooms were terrific as well.

Summary: It was amazing! So quiet and comfortable and everyone was so nice. Wish we had known that the pool was out, however they had a plan for that as well. It was a great experience!! Will stay here again
