Summary: The staff at this location was so friendly. Katie was the maid our floor and she honored our request for more coffee. She was so cheerful and full of joy. Everyone else we encountered seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Summary: Everything was great. A word to late-night arrivals, though: parking was very full. Thankfully, a security guard saw me getting out of my vehicle in the dark, back of the lot and guided me to a door he opened, walked me into and pointed the way to the elevator.

Summary: Bed was comfortable, shower was big enough for 2 and whole place was clean and felt calm and peaceful. Pretty quiet even though the hotel was booked. Smart TV with Neflix and Amazon Prime. My personal favorite things were the free shampoo and body wash didnt have an overpowering smell and the down pillows. Planning to return and try out the salt water pool.

Summary: Overall our stay was fantastic! The staff were super welcoming and everything was very clean. The only problem we had was the bed and pillows. The mattress is very firm and the pillows have very little support. The room also felt very warm even though we had the thermostat at 67. We would still recommend this hotel to others!

Summary: I just want to start off by saying I had a wonderful experience with the manager before the stay, and that's the only nice thing I can say about our visit. We had asked for a room to be as distant as possible from other guests, because our child can be extremely loud and we wanted to be considerate. We were put on the top floor, which was great, the hall was a construction zone but that was fine we seemed to have the floor to ourselves. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, the room next door felt that slamming doors all night was the thing to do. Ok fine, it is what it is, the parking lot was pretty empty, so it wasn't like they were full. Then at 8 a.m someone tried to get into our room, then about 15 minutes later the construction began. Other things were mentioning... the hard beds, lumpy pillows, dirty swimming pool with no bathroom anywhere near it, tiny/shallow bathtub with poor water pressure, and inconsistent bistro hours.
