Summary: Not many employees, hard to find help from anyone. Pool looked dirty. Wasn’t clean overall. Way overpriced at $280 for one night.

Summary: We showed up to our hotel at 4:30(1.5 hrs after the 3:00 checkin) and there were no rooms ready. I booked my room 2 months before actual day. Front desk person made every excuse why our room was not ready. Then we get to our room and the bathroom wasnt cleaned( there was poop on the toilet) , no phone in the room. We will NOT stay there again.

Summary: Hotel is clean and neat. The desk/table was a bit banged up on the edges but the whole room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and linens are, as expected, very nice and comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and very much appreciated during this cold winter. The front desk person was very nice.

Summary: I travel for work and whenever I can I stay at one of the Marriott properties. They are always clean and well run. Most importantly, the staff is always helpful and intelligent so issues that could be problems don't even become issues. The only downside to this hotel was that the cafe was overpriced and underwhelming. But it's concord so there are plenty of places to eat in the area that serve good/ethnic/creative food depending on what you want to eat.

Summary: Nice property, fantastic staff. The advertised EV chargers were all broken and out of service, apparently have been for years! As a destination, this left us scrambling to find a place to charge. Concord, as a city, is way behind the curve on charging infrastructure! There is a Supercharger, but only 2 public non-Tesla chargers. I’d stay at the Best Western, where they have chargers, we had to leave the car overnight next to the police station, and take cabs to and from the hotel! Front desk staff was awesome, they would have driven us, let us charge at their home or lent us their car. Marriott Need’s to get with it and Do Better.
