Summary: We stayed at this same hotel back in 2020 and had a very similar poor experience. We had decided then not to return, however, due to not paying attention to the location, made the booking based on good experiences at other Marriott hotels. While individually, most of these items are not really a big deal, due to the number of issues that we encountered, we feel that the Marriott brand should find this location a poor representation of the level of service they usually provide. Here is a list of issues that we encountered: -Broken furniture (see photo). -Torn and stained carpet (see photo). -Torn wallpaper in hallway (see photo). -Continuously received pop up messages on television that could not be cleared with the provided remote (see photo). -Walls in the room had many scuff marks (see photo). -Odd smell in the room (possibly mildew). -The lobby men’s room toilet was clogged. -The toilet seat in the room was loose. -Trim in the room was separating from the wall (see photo). -Cracking in ceiling of room (see photo). -Window box in room has paint popping from moisture (see photo). -When we requested an extra towel and washcloth from the front desk, they both turned out to have been given to us soiled.

Summary: Paying an extra $50 for checking in at 1 pm while at the same time being a Marriott Bonvoy customer over many years is ridiculous!!!

Summary: Room was modern and pleasant. Some of the trim in the bathroom was missing. Housekeeping staff was accommodating but seemed to take entire day to clean a few rooms. Floors in hall and elevator were dirty. For $140/night, the hotel should offer complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea in lounge. (Does offer 2 coffee pods in bedroom.) Meals/full-service bar available for $$.

Summary: My room was pristinely clean. The Bistro adds a delis ious eating place with open lobby offerings for separate conversations that each have their own TV. Real affordable and relaxing.

Summary: There is no service whatsoever ever and snacks in the marketplace are spotty at best. But the staff was friendly and and rooms were clean and pretty close to lots of stuff.
