Positive: Staff was very friendly upon check-in and checkout. Let us check in early. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.
Negative: The air conditioning unit was loud whenever it would kick on. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold and there didn’t seem to be any way to adjust it. No smart TV so we couldn’t stream shows through the TV from our phone and there was a charge for Wi-Fi.

Positive: It's a good, affordable hotel. Awesome, helpful staff, comfortable beds, a nice pool, and a balcony! All kinds of good stuff. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. Despite the couple of complaints that I had, I'd stay here again.
Negative: My only complaints would be the location, and a couple issues with cleanliness. There was gunk in the bathroom, particularly around the shower and toilet, which was kinda gross, and there was some stuff behind the beds pillow headboard. The location wasn't anything special, but it wasn't necessarily bad. It was surrounded by factories, and other hotels, so don't count on being within walking distance, or less than a 10 minute drive away from, any sort of store or restaurant. It wasn't in a bad area, and it wasn't loud or anything, there just isn't much in the immediate vicinity.
Summary: Good value, great staff, but double check for cleanliness, and be prepared to drive.
