Summary: Check in was good , pic on website our enhanced from what it really looks , toilet was supper low to the ground not friendly if u have a medical probs mine was nerve issues that made it hard , the beds were not comfortable they were doable for one night . and the window on the outside was so dirty with cob webs and spider handing out to see the view to the greatest extent . Only got one bucket of ice when I went back to the ice machine it was not working . Not the kinda of stuff I'd expect from a Marriott hotel. Staff were friendly and the outdoor grounds of the hotel our amazing . And the P6 Hotel on the third floor out from the hotel and the parking garage is amazing food

Summary: The room was 205, a beautiful view of the bay, when I checked in it was everything I expected till later on in the evening. My room was next to the entrance door to the main hall that the 200 rooms are on. The door was a constant source of aggravation due to it slamming shut the esclators were in that little hallway next to the door. Then there were the ac units right outside of my window that made the noise of a tractor and trailer all day and night. I wasn't feeling the best to begin with but this situation made my situation even worse. I went to use my military discount at checkout and was told that I couldn't because the hotel was to utilized and that I used a booking agency rather than call you direct Surely you can do better than this, you are a Marriot. I'm aware that there are cost involvd in running a Marriott, but you don't have to drain my pockets in the process. This one hurt !!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Mack was incredible checking us in! So professional, kind and witty !! Our room was stunning with space and the artwork. Inviting , quiet and relaxing. Lobby and the bar are spectacular ! Friendly area to visit

Summary: The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a holiday weekend, but the cleaning in the common areas wasn't great. Trash cans were over flowing and debris on the floor. The rooms were clean and nice.

Summary: I'm a frequent traveler and hard to impress. I do not think there is better lodging in all of Erie than a Bayside view at this facility. It is connected to the convention center, has a pleasant bayside walkway, a couple eateries. Walkable to the maritime museum. Nicely appointed rooms and boutique style bathrooms. There is a more expensive hotel chain next door, but I dont see any advantage.

Summary: Amazing hotel. It is like being at the beach. Restaurant, view of lake, near walk way on the lake, bar, coffee, lovely employees. The infinity pool is breathtaking. We had to wait for connecting rooms and they waived our parking fee and gave us bay view rooms. There is a screen in the window for fresh air. Very pet friendly. Restaurants within walking distance....all on the lake. We come every year but only second time here...........................................................
