Summary: The staff was very professional. Mohammed, who checked us in, was especially professional, courteous, and helpful. We needed to check out early as my mother found the bed very uncomfortable.

Summary: The gentleman that checked me in was very very nice and accommodating, efficient and friendly. My only problem was the air conditioning unit was very noisy. I had earplugs with me so I was able to sleep through the night. The room was beautiful, clean and very accommodating they need to get quiet units. This one had a rattle.

Summary: The staff was very professional and personable, and took care of the needs of our stay. I did share with the manager, Mohammed, the difficulty that we had with the tub in the bathroom of a slippery. They had put an adhesive mat or something in there that was too slippery even with water and you stepped in there. I almost fell a couple of times and our granddaughter has difficulty because she’s has a handicap so so I knew that the hotel was gonna undergo renovation and everything, and he was made aware of it, and he thanked me for letting him know all in all everybody was great polite it was clean.
