Summary: I was in the area for work and needed a room on short notice due to a bad experience at the hotel I originally booked. After booking through Hotels.com, I went into the building in the hope that I would be able to check in early. I had just worked 1/4 overnight shifts and really needed to sleep. Abby and Jenna were understanding of my plight and did everything they could to get me checked in early. They coordinated with housekeeping (I believe his name was Hector) and were able to get me into a clean, comfortable room within half an hour. I did not have housekeeping during the stay but only because I slept during the day when housekeeping was there. I had enough towels and things in my room that I didn’t need services during my 3 day stay. Everyone I encountered on staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. They even accommodated a late check out so I could sleep a bit after my last shift of the week. I accidentally overslept and was not out by the time we agreed upon, and instead of waking me up to kick me out, they allowed me to sleep and check out when I woke up. It was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a bit older but everything seemed to be in good working order. The shower was wonderfully hot after long shifts, the bed was comfortable, a/c was ice cold, all areas I saw were clean, and noise was minimal. It was everything I needed for my stay. The people working there definitely made it top notch. I would absolutely stay again.

Summary: I checked in and found my TV did not work. They kindly helped me move rooms. This room was next to the hotel laundry room and was very loud in the AM along with the parking lot window which was also noisy through the night. Made for a rough night sleep. Nothing on the hotel. Location was great and clean. Bar was closed if you plan on having a drink before bed.
