Summary: Slightly out of the way, but easy to find and would appear to be a recent build. Helpful check-in staff, cool room, small but nicely appointed exercise room and tiny pool. BAck garden a very relaxing space with chairs, tables and umbrellas providing welcome shade during this very hot spell. The restaurant is a little basic, but the food is good and the staff are really excellent. A nice place to stop while visiting the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum - the No, 20 bus takes you more or less door to door. (And the small Jewish Graveyard next door is both beautiful and fascinating.)

Summary: I lost the credit card that was attached to the booking. Didn't have a second card, but with staff's assist they made an already stressful event much more pleasant. Thank you.

Summary: Only complaint was closet door. Thought it was locked. Had to go to front desk and ask about the door. Told me to pull it open. I didn’t want to break door.

Summary: This is a brand new hotel, it’s very little wear and tear on the furniture and the carpets throughout. The gym is well equipped and I was able to use the bicycle to exercise during my visits there. There’s a nice swimming pool indoors which is a great addition for when a granddaughter wants to come swimming with her grandfather. They have a nice restaurant there but I usually travel with my own meals however since there’s no kettle in the room they are quite happy to fill up your mug with hot water if you need it for tea. The staff are exceptionally well trained and very helpful. There’s four family restaurants within walking distance of the Property. Of all the hotels I stayed in Hamilton this is probably the one that I will return to when I need to visit family there.

Summary: The location was convenient to the highway & easy access. This location needs major updates to the rooms & the bathrooms. Breakfast is the same every day except they switch between bacon & sausage.
