Summary: I stay in a lot of Courtyards and overall they are great. This was I was surprised to find put us in a room with a hole in the shower wall. Looked like someone had punched it and the tile was all broken. The hooks to hang towels were also all broken. When I called the front desk to make sure they know and wanted us using a broken shower they said it was fine. I was concerned about water now making things worse but they did not seem to care.

Summary: Very clean and convenient but we got no sleep at all. Neighbor was slamming doors all night from 10:25-1 am then it started again at 6 am - 7 am. When I called at midnight the lobby personnel said the people they talked to said they didn’t hear anything… (of course not because they were opening and closing the door for 2 hrs and yelling loudly) . Nothing was done and no compensation for such a terrible night of no sleep.
