Positive: A pipe burst about 5 AM so there was no water. Our carpet was soaked. When I called down to see about the situation, I was told the plumber would be there at 8 AM which was many hours after the break. When I asked why don't you have an emergency service repair, I was told that they had to use certain plumbers. After 8 AM, I called again and was told they had to get another plumber. Finally, hours later we had water. We had this same experience in your Ft. Collins location a couple of months ago. You need to check your plumbing in your hotels as twice is ridiculous.
Negative: See above. It's ridiculous when you pay for a room and don't have water.

Positive: Nice and clean rooms. Had snacks and drink you can buy. My son loved the workout room and pool.
Negative: When I booked it said breakfast included but it's not. You have to pay for it.

Negative: Mowing at 8:30 am. Booked for 2 nights the next morning house keeping tried entering our room. We to pool and came back and our door was left open by house keeping after requesting no maid service.
Summary: Was good maybe house keeping needs to check scheduling.

Positive: The employee who checked us in, and the manager of the bar were very accommodating. Helping us with check in(I forgot my wallet). And giving us directions to local restaurants and attractions. Also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar along with the bar managers conversation.
