Summary: First time staying at a Marriott and everything was great from check in to check out. It was a busy weekend and still received excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfy.

Summary: We arrived, just as tornado sirens were blairing, a majority of staff and guests were outside watching this storm. The system was down, but the check in girl had printed out a list prior to storm (smart girl). She had to write my credit card number down on paper, and the manager, was very helpful, walked us to our room to open it for us and later the desk girl brought us our keys. Im a bit concerned about my credit card number on her paper.

Summary: Pull out couch mattress was horrible and king bed was ok. Beds are not comfy for a Marriott property. Not as nice as I temember from our ladt stay here.
