Summary: Tim at front desk is AMAZING!! My only issue is that coffee isn’t available in afternoon nor is flavoured creamers..or breakfast served.

Summary: The hotel was great! Staff was good. The second night we were there we had issues with the room adjoining ours as they were having a birthday party. Kids jumping on and off furniture, screaming and loud music. We complained and they stopped for a little bit, but then got louder. We called to complain and then asked to be moved. They did and the rest of the stay was great! Love this hotel. We stay once a month to attend the fun show at the fairgrounds as we live an hour and a half away.

Summary: So a few things, it's a beautiful hotel don't get me wrong...... But breakfast is NOT included in the expensive price, my room had no trash bags and cleaning supplies were left in the room, not one person could help with the internet and it's poor service and to get better Internet is an extra $25 a night but no one knew how to upgrade it....... Breakfast wouldn't be horrible if the eggs weren't $16... Like what??? Overall a 2.....

Summary: This is the hotel we stay at regularly when we travel to Lima. We have always booked it through Hotels.com and never had an issue. The normal “incidentals fee” is $20 per night. This time, however, I was greeted with a $250 fee for one night because “Expedia customers keep damaging our rooms.” I was told the only way to avoid this is to book on Marriott’s website which costs more per night. Because of this, we will not be staying there again on our trip in January.

Summary: Tim at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were great. They were very accommodating to our schedule with an early checking. Especially great because we had a wedding to get to and the hotel. We had to move from to a different hotel because it was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Marriott’s reputation stands true.
