Summary: My daughter accidentally left her very expensive Dior sneakers behind at the hotel. She contacted the hotel, and they had been found and safely stored by housekeeping. It was wonderful to see such honesty and care from the staff. Thank you for the excellent service.

Summary: The fridge in the room didn’t work. Coffee in the room is not good. Room is set up so you can’t watch TV in bed.

Summary: There was limited parking because they was painting the hotel and I felt like I was gonna get paint on my car or on myself going in and out of the building. If I known this I probably wouldn’t stayed here The room wasn’t that clean , there was pine needles or cypress needles on the carpet . The plug ins by the night stand was so wore out that our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in . On. Positive note the clerks at the front desk was nice and the house keeping was very nice . The location was nice , we walked to the outback 2 nights and to the Wendy’s once . It’s right off the turnpike, but there was no traffic noise
