Summary: Initially did not get the ADA room I reserved. I was told the ADA rooms were already booked. I was them assigned to a regular room only to discover the phone nor the TV worked. I complained to the front desk and she miraculously found an ADA room to put us in. The beds were very uncomfortable…lumpy and uneven. The lighting in the bathroom was dim almost dark. At least the shower was ADA perfect with several grab bars and a seat. I would be very reluctant to stay at this Courtyard Marriott in the future.

Summary: The room was really musty, and there was a mystery puddle just outside the toilet when we got there. It was tidy but damp and smelled awful. We won’t be staying there again. The lady at the front desk was nice, though.

Summary: My stay was amazing! The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The whole room was nice! Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was an extremely run down Marriott property. I rented 2 rooms, one room AC did not work and it was about 8- degrees in the room. Both were dirty and outdated. We used the gym on site, and it was fine. I would not recommend this property.

Summary: Receptionists were great and the lobby and room were in good coy. However, the corridors were in poor condition with dirty sheets and towels on the floor! The pool was closed!

Summary: We had no hot water. Called the front desk and she was unconcerned. Said there was nothing she could do about it. Hotel showed lots of signs of wear and tear. Needs to upgrade. Not up to courtyard standards.

Summary: The location was great for my travel. However, my room was not clean at all while I was there. I had to put the trash outside of the door for it to be picked up. Someone did come in on Thursday to get the towels out the bathroom that I used, but my bed wasn't made up not one day I was there.
