Summary: The hotel badly needs update in some areas and carpet cleaning! The floors are very dirty. Curtains were ripped up. The room smelled very bad. Some things were good. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable.

Summary: Front desk staff had greasy dirty hair look like she barely showered to come into work both days we saw her there was prostitutes in the parking lot wearing hooker Hills and half naked we had to complain to the front staff to keep them out had their vinegar at the front door the homeless also wouldn’t be able to come into the eating area trying to get food off of peoples tabs from rooms homeless people literally were inside the lobby

Summary: Good hotel, clean, quiet, nice common area. only drawback is the area and they do charge 24.00 a night for parking that was not disclosed beforehand.

Summary: It was good overall but we paid for the breakfast to be included and when we went to get it they only had bagels. The hot breakfast had all run out and we were there by 6:30a.

Summary: Room was clean and roomy. Check in staff was friendly. I checked in about 6PM, a little after 8 it sounded like someone was trying to open our door, I was not sure if I was being paranoid or if it was our neighbors door. A few minutes later the phone in the room rings, I answer they hang up. A few minutes later the phone rings again it is the front desk, they were asking me my name what time I checked in and who checked me in. I gave them the info I could but I didn’t remember the young ladies name, then she asked me what she looked like. Almost felt like she was interrogating me. The then said they had not fully checked me in and she took care of it. A few min later the phone rings again and they hang up when I answer. The next morning I went to lobby to check if I was still ok for late checkout and if my shuttle to airport was scheduled. The lady at the front acted like I was bothering her but she said I was all set. I went back up to my room and my keys did not work on door. I went back down and told her and said it may have been because my room was accidentally given to someone else. Again she seemed annoyed fixed my keys and handed them back. I went back to room went out to breakfast came back and everything was ok. About 10:30 AM i went down to micro market and there was new lady at front desk. I paid for my stuff, told her about the incident the night before and she was very apologetic. I decided to ask about late check out and shuttle again and it was not done.

Summary: The hotel charges $20 for daily parking. Did not pay attention to this charge while booking. This is the first time I got charged for hotel parking. Shocking. The lobby is renewed but the room is not, old, dingy, but clean enough for a overnight stay.
