Positive: Location, very close to Phuket Old Town, nice and modern building with decent view from upper floors. Polite staff.

Negative: Noise coming from other rooms through the paper walls and ceiling made it impossible to sleep. Ear plugs provided for a reason. I wish we could sleep with those plugs in.

Positive: Fantastic location, good breakfast, great pool and satisfactory gym. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get Grab, food central and shopping. All amenities were great. Room had shampoo and conditioner, ear plugs and bottled water. It was expensive but in comparison to where we moved on to, much better value!

Negative: The gym could do with a revamp and that’s being picky. It had everything I needed to do a solid workout.

Summary: Fantastic location, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Old Town. From the moment we arrived, we received a lovely welcome from reception, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of both Asian and European dishes to choose from. We stayed for three nights and ate at the hotel every evening. Each night we tried a different dish, and every meal was very tasty and beautifully presented. The pool area was very clean and well maintained, with a lovely pool bar area to relax in. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the gym, but the facilities overall were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
