Summary: Disappointed new hotel and tv didn’t work talk to front desk they didn’t seem to care. No shower door or curtain water all over the floor

Summary: Room was not cleaned. Had to ask housekeeper to return. Failed to vacuum left dirty glasses did not provide clean glasses did not replace coffee supplies. Beds not properly made. We initially left room to have it cleaned. Housekeeping said it was done we returned to the above. Asked them to return and properly clean room any told to report to front desk. Insisted room get cleaned it was finally done. Starbucks did not have cash to allow me to get change for my purchase

Summary: The property was nice but we are being charged hundreds of dollars for unknown reasons and the phone listing for the hotel doesn't work so we are unable to find out why we are being charged extra

Summary: Very nice hotel. It's in an industrial area so it's far from everything. Casinos, club and food is about a 20 minute drive.
