Summary: Marriott Courtyards are usually pretty good, though some of them are a little worse for wear. The Marriott Rochester East/Penfield looked and felt clean and new. Everyone was very friendly from beginning to end, the rooms were comfortable, and we were able to watch the Yankees game on a comfy sofa in the lobby. What more do you need?

Summary: I've stayed here before and am sad to say it is not the same. The lobby restaurant/bar was closed, you had to ask for housekeeping if you were staying more than a night, the elevator shook side to side, housekeeping knocking pre-checkout time (with a do not disturb sign on the door) on departure day, some of the front desk staff looked like they rolled into work in pajamas, and the general common areas were not nearly as well-kept or inviting as it had been in the past. I'll look for other options next time I am in town.

Summary: The weather was not good for me , I m not used to snow. I was indoors. The staff was outstanding they made me want to come back to visit them.

Summary: This is a well-run hotel I’ve stayed at twice now and will stay at again in the future. The only minor hiccup was being unable to connect the GoogleTV we brought with us to the hotel WiFi - the staff had never had this question before so couldn’t help - but that’s hardly a blip on the radar. Good service, clean and quiet stay, easy to find.

Summary: My stay was great. Only real issue was the fridge in the room wasn’t working and we had to throw away our left over food. Told the front desk and they seemed like they knew about it.
