Summary: Lovely hotel. A huge bummer to not offer free coffee in the lobby! Only choice is to buy overpriced from the Bistro. But overall, beautiful hotel, awesome staff, comfy and cozy room. Woukd stay again for sure!

Summary: Not very good, i have limited mobility and this was for my birthday to have a bathtub that was mobility accessible but was unable to use it for a bath as the handles top and bottom had no directions and no matter which way i turned i kept turning on a showerhead and handheld. Room had 3 phones but none worked to call front desk. No information on where to get water, pool hours or anything. The swimming pool which looked so big on the website was so tiny. Only 2 very small garbage cans for a 3 room suite. And the bathroom was freezing.

Summary: We paid for a suite for 4 people - 2 had to sleep in a double bed which was too small. The second bed when paying for a suite should be at least a queen bed. We were also surprised they charged for parking. The hotel was obviously housing immigrants. There was foreign speaking people everywhere. The hall trash cans on our floor were overflowing with empty food containers. There was yelling at 2 a.m. outside of our room and in the morning found an empty pizza box near our door. There were church services being held in the hotel for foreigners on Sunday morning.
