Negative: We got there to check in at 3 n no king beds was ready for us even tho I got an email saying we could check in so we settle for 2 queen bed n that room the ac didn’t work so at midnight we had ask to change room to one that the ac u it work in

Negative: Online said breakfast included and pool. Neither of which were available unless you wanted to order and pay. Menu didn’t have many option that were available. Pool was out of service which was why we booked this one as we were driving to let the kids play area was sketch with the truckers in parking lots and people walking all over. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke when you walked in.
