Summary: Staff was very friendly and professional. The property itself was older and smelled.musty. Also the lighting was not good. The rooms were dark, We checked out early. Plus, since we used the gift card, I received for my 30th work anniversary, we could not get a refund. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Summary: Staff were hard to find. Sliding glass door to patio (ground floor suite) opened once then would not shut fully and could not lock. When I reported it to front desk. I was told there is no maintenance on the weekend and they had no other suites to change me to. And they said sorry. That is not an acceptable answer, that is a security issue when you can’t lock your room.

Summary: Elevator was broken and we were not told about it until we were already checked in. Was told that the stairs were our only option to get to our room. Staff was poorly dressed with unbrushed hair at 3pm. The room was old, wallpaper was peeling by the shower and the shower area appeared to be held together by caulk. Property needs a facelift.
