Positive: The lady at the breakfast counter was super nice when I ordered my coffee. That lady that checked me in was very friendly.
Negative: My room door had to be pulled close. The carpet in the hall needed to be replaced.

Positive: There was no coffee by the reception area like most hotels. No free breakfast, you had to order & pay at the "Bistro" counter. We did not partake. Our room was clean. The bed and the pillows were very nice & comfortable. It was nice and quiet even though there was a county fair going on across the street. Our bathroom was very clean except for the globs of caulk around the shower/tub and looked icky. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash. But no lotion. They are remodeling the front entrance, so you had to go around to a side entrance. It was not a problem, the front desk was right around corner. Front desk gal was very helpful & pleasant!
