Summary: The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a wet towel left behind on the bathroom door. There was also used kleenex left behind in the room.

Summary: Not sure if they had all staff available, first night we asked for extra sheets for the sofa pull out and pillows. They said they would bring them up. Luckily we said we would wait for it and they brought the sheets to us at the front desk but then they would bring the pillows up to the room. Needless to say they never brought the pillows up. We asked again the next day for the pillows and it took 30 min or so to bring them up.

Summary: Considering most hotels currently offer a continental breakfast, I was not expecting to have to pay for coffee first thing in the morning. Yes, a coffee pot in the room is available, but there isn’t any cream there.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. I really liked the room setup. It was very relaxing. The only complaint I have was the needs to be maintenance done in the bathroom. The shower had rust or something dark brown in the edges of the shower. My husband thought it was poo but I said that it’s rust. Other than that, it’s very nice & comfortable.
