Positive: The front office staff was wonderful when checking in. Property was clean. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Negative: Property charged my card and extra $404.05 on top of my room stay. Stating they smelled smoke in the room. No one smoked or had any smoke in the room. We were attending a basketball tournament. The customer service claims they cannot do anything to help me!

Positive: My room was very nice newly renovated had a balcony that I paid extra for but none the less it was a nice room

Negative: I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have breakfast or the fact that it’s $30 a day to park but when I stayed a Doubletree hotel across the lot a few weeks ago they don’t charge for parking
