Summary: The desk staff were great. The TV didn’t work ( couldn’t turn it on) in my room. The bed sheets on one bed looked grayish instead of crisp white. A friend who traveled with me found fake eyelashes stuck to the TV remote in her room. Her tissue box was not in a plastic case & the tissues looked faded, not white tissues. We heard another guest complaining about black sticky stuff on sheets in her room. I stayed in the Columbus Courtyard in April, 2022, & found it much cleaner looking & organized than on this April, 2025 stay. I was disappointed since I expected it to be like it was before.
