This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom has a full kitchen and living space, so you can spend more time together in the unit. Also a whirlpool in the unit, as well as a cozy fireplace! Located right outside of the Dells, so you aren't in the middle of the chaos but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE UNIT ONLY. OUR POOL ACCESS IS LIMITED TO SUMMER MONTHS. WATER PARK ACCESS IS A SEPARATE FEE DONE AT THE UNIT LOCATION.
There are NO Chula Vista waterpark passes included with the stay. You will have to purchase these separately either on their website or at the Chula Vista front desk.

Summary: The property was accommodating and clean. The beds could have been more comfortable and the jacuzzi only has one setting. Enough room for 4 people.

Summary: we entered the building and should of turned around at that time, found used wrist bands all over, shower was sandy and wrist band on edge, dirt foot prints.. the hot tub has a terrible MOLD spot on the ceiling above it, we left the windows open so we wouldnt breath the MOLD I WOULD LOCK IT UP AND BRING IN THE PRO'S TO CLEAN THE MOLD What you should do is reinburse anyone who stayed there for MOLD exposure

Summary: Unit was exactly as listed however upon arriving the first thing you smell is the stench I'm not sure exactly where it was coming from or what it was. Made the stay a little bit uncomfortable also the toilet flapper is broke so we had to keep taking the top of the toilet tank off to adjust it. Screen door is broken leaning against the outside of the sliding door and one of the drawers on the dressers is also broke. Limited our time inside the condo because the stench was a little bit unbearable it made it hard to sleep also.

Summary: This was a very nice place to stay! Great location near the elevator and ice machine! I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next weekend getaway!

Summary: We experienced several issues with the unit which negatively impacted our stay. Attempted to reach unit owner with no response to rectify the situation. * Jetted tub and fireplace did not work upon arrival. Maintenence unavailable until day 2 of stay. * Maintenence attempted to fix on day two, however functions never worked fully and while using tub fuse tripped again. * Maintenence returned same day without notification to us - interrupting our afternoon activities. * maintenence never returned and staff never followed through * light above jetted tub burnt out * towel bar near jetted tub fell off the wall * freezer had leak into the refrigerator and caused a large puddle on the shelves * knife broke when attempting to use * left side of toaster broken * unable to use coffee machine as no coffee filters available * no response returned from unit manager despite several attempts to communicate

Summary: We specifically choose this unit for the indoor jacuzzi tub and fireplace advertised. Come to find out both did not work. I tried to follow up with the Management company twice after our stay and they never responded or called back. Unfortunately I would not rent with this outfit again because Richard made no effort to call me back.

Summary: It’s very well decorated and stylish. It feels really homey. We’d definitely like to come back to this unit. Cons: it would have been nice to know that we needed to checkin off-site 15 min drive away and not at the hotel. That was a bit time consuming. And if you need any extra linens you have to call that off-site office, not the front desk and they will drive some over. Otherwise, it’s a nice place!
