Summary: I was told upon check in, the bar/restaurant would be closed due to staff shortage. How does that make sense for a Friday/Saturday stay? The bed was made with just a fitted sheet over the mattress and very uncomfortable in comparison to the Westin.

Summary: Starbucks restaurant. No breakfast Buffett. Parking was complicated with no explanation. Staff was combative and disrespectful when I asked for help. Lock on room door malfunctioning.

Summary: The room was not cleaned well, especially the bathroom. There were hairs in the bed. We heard rowdy guests in the hallways multiple times throughout the night into the early morning. It's a shame, we've stayed here before and we didn't have issues like this at all.

Summary: Our family had fun in the pool and hot tub. It was a perfect location, right by the PATH train, making it easy to get into the city. The only negative was the our mattress dipped in the middle, making it a little hard to sleep. Everything else was great.

Summary: I did not eat breakfast. My coffee maker did not work, but was replaced the next day. Housekeeping did not remove some trash from the room, left 3 decaf coffees, but only 1 regular, and did not replace the body lotion in the bathroom. Location was great for the Path to NYC and room was very beautiful.
