Positive: The hotel was exactly what was needed for our stay, as we were attending a wedding. It was convenient and the staff were helpful. It was a great central location in Keene for the rehearsal dinner. Myself and the kids also enjoyed the pool as the weather was very hot ouside.
Negative: There was no kettle for making tea, and no teabags provided. There was only one milk sachet. As an Irish person still on Irish time, I really missed my morning tea in my room!
Summary: Convenient and central

Positive: The location was perfect - just a short walk to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and every staff member we encountered was wonderful.
Negative: The shower wasn't great in that there was no shampoo or body wash in the permanent dispensers there. But the shower was clean and water pressure was good as well.
Summary: The hotel met my needs perfectly!

Positive: Great location, friendly staff, and nice reception area with lounge, bar and pool table. The room was a good size and fairly comfortable and clean overall.
