Summary: Staff, area, hotel overall was fine. Couple of complaints though. Room reeked of cigarettes, carpet was wet about 2-3 ft out from ac, no body wash in container. It was only one night so wasnt a huge deal. If it wouldve been more nights i wouldve asked for another room. Everything else about the place was fine. I was in room 103

Summary: The carpet was wet by the window air conditioning unit. The water drained slow in bathroom sink. Had to open and close the plug repeatedlyto drain. No coffee for early shuttle users. Even shift said early shift should have coffee. $3 parking fee added to bill unexpectedly. I used the shuttle to and from the airport. Front clerk's attitude was bothered, not friendly. Said she'd refund parking fee, but not immediately. Said it was a process.
