About this space
This large maisonette is located very close to the beach & restaurants, convenience shops & public transport. All rooms are spacious with excess of natural light. There is a private central courtyard & a sunny roof terrace with self irrigated plants & outdoor furniture. Sea can be seen from balconies. The rooms have air-conditioners for heating & cooling.
The space
Kitchen has Fans, Air-conditioning, fridge/freezer, gas oven, kettle, toaster and Smart LED TV (No cable or antenna). Number of board games children DVDs and books are freely available.
Two bedrooms are spacious, one with double bed the other with 2 single beds. Both bedroom have an air-conditioner. Main bathroom has shower, toilet and two wash hand basins and a washing machine. Hot water available in kitchen sink and bathroom.
Guests can enjoy an evening drink outside on the outside terraces (or yard) and relax on the deck chair and chairs.

Summary: This was one of the better experiences I have had in many years of renting vacation homes. The host was terrific. She went out of her way to show us around the property, and gave us a quick background of the area and some things to do. She was always very responsive and helped us on several occasions. The home has two large rooms each separately air conditioned and comfortable. The kitchen was large and relatively well set up for home cooking if you were so inclined. The highlight is the large covered patio on the roof. With a collection of cactus and other local flora, it is a wonderful spot to share a morning coffee, and listen to the world waking up around you. The entire property is spotlessly clean and has clearly been well maintained. The location is also terrific with short walks to food and short drives to Valletta, the three cities, and Masasloxx. Marsaskala proper is a lovely mid sized waterfront town with all the amenities you could ask for.
