Summary: The rooms could use a refresh. The bedding smelled a little musty and hallways dark. We didnt get room cleaning on a two night stay, even though it was requested upon check in.

Summary: Check-in was really great. The front desk staff was so awesome helping my family get what we needed, especially Drew. Everyone was very nice and ready to help throughout the stay, even late at night during our snack runs to the market. The room was pretty spacious. The small sofa couch was perfect for my 9yo and he had space to lay out his toys and enjoy. The restaurant staff did seem overwhelmed by the number of people ordering in the morning, but did their best and the food was good. The road immediately surrounding the hotel is under construction which was inconvenient for driving but the parking deck always had spaces and walking to the nearby shopping, restaurants, and movie theatre was great. The train was also just a short walk. By far the best location to stay outside DC.

Summary: Great location. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient parking off Wayne Avenue. This was my second stay here. Visiting family who live only 15 minutes away. Look forward to staying there again.

Summary: Nothing special. There are no amenities. No pool, no free breakfast, no free parking. Only stay here if you are going to an event in the area.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Lots to do in walking distance right around the hotel. Only downside was construction right outside, bed could be more comfortable.

Summary: I used this 3rd party booking service which I will never do again, I didn't get the room I thought I selected and the price was very different when I got to the hotel to check-in about a $75 difference. Ended up with a handicapped room that had a malfunctioning key pad so I wasn't able to get into the room with key card which ended up having to be master reset with a master key fob. I also didn't like the fact maintenance was sent to the room at 1a.m. after we told the front desk don't worry about the lock were in for the night! They could've wait til we checked out to address their key pad issue since the problem was only getting into the room with the key card.

Summary: The sheets did not smell like they were clean and they had stains on them. We didn't realize that till we got up the next morning there was no water bottles in the room. The shower/bathtub was stuck on shower mode. My wife was hoping to actually sit in a warm bath but that could not happen. The parking situation was less than desirable
