Positive: The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful.
Negative: The beds/bedding were the absolute worst. Hard lumpy mattress, combined with the thinest pillows, make for a very uncomfortable sleep. For a hotel, the sleep experience should be priority, and this hotel really missed the mark.

Positive: Location and hotel staff were rewarding, made my stay enjoyable.
Negative: My reservations were not acceptable and I was dissatisfied. Each morning I had to renew my reservation process although I could keep the same room. I did not like having to renew my reservations daily.
