Positive: Had a wonderful time during my stay. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. In addition, I loved the roof, and the pool. The locality was also safe, and far away from the usual noise and hustle - bustle of Gulshan. So many places to eat and visit around the area. Have attached the view from the rooftop.

Positive: It was a lovely stay in one of these apartments with a lake view. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to the noisy Gulshan district. The numerous hotel staff made the stay very pleasant. The restaurant and the quiet open terrace were a pleasure to drink a cappuccino in the afternoon. From the rooftop you have a lovely view of the city and I was also able to use some of the equipment in the gym from time to time. The manager, Mr. Roy, is a very pleasant person and was always in touch when you needed something, be it an airport transfer, etc.
Summary: The stay was simply great. Many thanks to everyone.

Positive: The suite we booked and eventually were given- after first being assigned a delux room- a mix ip that may partly have been the fault of the booking platform- was v comfortable, well furnished and good value. Unfortunately we did not end up with a lake view snd thus did not use the balcony which faced a neighbouring building. The breakfast was v good, we had the french toast snd cheese omelette options with a plate of fruit, coffee etc We also ordered dinner one evening snd the food, delivered to our suite, from a wide ranging a la carte menu was good, of high quality and good value. Laundry rates are also good value. I would suggest the hotel change its posted address as 113 Road does not go through, and Uber, hired car and taxi all got lost, couldnt find the hotel! Post it on Lake Shore Road.
Negative: Although it has a quiet and lake side location, this means there is little shopping or other restaurants in the nearby neighbourhood. The small side streets also get traffic gridlocked in the evening - we got out of our hired car one evening snd walked to the hotel!
Summary: Good value for comfortable suite for visitors wanting a quiet lakeside hotel with excellent amenities
