Positive: spacious apartment and rooms, well fitted kitchen and excellent Wi-Fi services and more than one toilet / bath gave good flexibility. The location is close to the city centre and the University of Coventry so very ideal for people visiting the university.
Negative: Access to the building for visitors with heavy / many luggage boxes can be inconveniencing as the lift access starts form the ground floor, therefore having to fly staircase first before access to the lift. There is need to provide access to the lift from the basement for first time visitors. Identifying the building can also be difficulty for first time visitors due to absence of visible sign post.

Positive: I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was excellent, and the property was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. One of my favourite features was the beautiful water feature and pool area right in front of the property. The sound of the flowing water was so relaxing and created such a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Communication was also easy and efficient throughout my stay.
Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about the property. Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Summary: A beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay with a fantastic location — I would happily stay here again.

Negative: Cleaning and couldn't deal with the smell inside the flat.... They could have run an extra mile and keep up with standards.
