Positive: A very pleasant hotel with a large lounge area. The room itself is fairly standard, but clean and pleasant, with a wide double mattress, a good shower, and a bathroom. No complaints. The room has a sink, kettle, stove... you can cook food. The lounge area is very spacious, pleasant, clean, and... empty. On the one hand, this is good because there is no unnecessary noise, but on the other hand, it's a shame that such a well-designed space is not appreciated. Convenient parking, easy check-in. Good location. Excellent place, I highly recommend it.
Negative: The only problem is the lack of any kind of “view from the window.” There is a park, but it's more like a passageway. Sometimes someone might be smoking and the smell drifts into the room. But that wasn't important to us.
Summary: A pleasant place in a convenient location, at an even more pleasant price.

Negative: It was too hot as the building is not well ventilated. The rooms were fine but the common areas were exceptionally hot on a very warm day

Negative: Dirty walls In need of maintainenece in the rooms Be careful walking alone at night to and from the train station it seems a rough area and the centre in a concrete maze
