Positive: Location was fine for family visits in an area we know well . House was very clean .Beds comfortable
Negative: Access down slippy stone steps and scruffy yard with cat food bowls outside . Nowhere to hang clothes . Two packs of wooden hangers but no rails in " wardrobe cupboards " . Downstairs rooms gloomy .Not somewhere to sit and read or eat . Host message said door codes would be sent " a few days before arrival " Booking.Com said " Codes will arrive day before check in " Eventually host Newtons sent code one hour before 15:00 check in .

Positive: Excellent location. Great views. Lovely house. Exceptionally clean.Photos on booking.com don't really do it justice.
Negative: Unfortunately the house was cold when we arrived as the thermostat needed replacement batteries. Easily resolved and communication with owners/management company was prompt.

Positive: The location was perfect for our visiting relatives. In addition, it was very quiet with stunning valley views. Well equipped ( though would suggest more wine glasses/flutes!) and comfortable beds. Immaculate throughout with original stone floors.
Negative: Maybe long handled dust pan to more easily sweep the floors?

Positive: Lovely newly refurbished house. Beautiful decor & all amenities you'd want for a comfortable stay. Nice, quiet area & base, close to some good visiting places.
Negative: Could perhaps benefit from a small set of drawers in the smaller double room, under the shelf, as no storage in there. Otherwise all was perfect.
