Enjoy our cozy, quiet one-bedroom garage apartment in the beautiful and safe Sayles historical district off Amarillo Street.
The space:
Amarillo Street Coach House is a 2nd floor, fully-furnished, garage apartment. We are located in the tranquil Sayles Blvd Historic District on S. 9th Street near Amarillo Street. We are close to McMurry University and the SoDA District and just minutes from downtown and shopping, restaurants, etc.
The apartment is nearly 100 years old so we request care of our original hardwood floors. There is a keyless code entry so no key is necessary. Check-in is contactless. The apartment includes the following items for your convenience: 2 outdoor parking spaces, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, Keurig pod coffee maker, HVAC, WiFi, hair dryer, clothes iron and steamer, lighted vanity mirror, queen size bed, couch that flattens out into approximately a full-size bed, a recliner chair that folds out to a twin size bed, luxury combo shower head/handheld head duo, black-out curtains in bedroom, and more! Summary: Stayed during the week while in town for work, definitely will stay again. Skip the hotels in Abilene and stay here, it’s much nicer then any hotel I have stayed at in Abilene.

Summary: I enjoyed the space overall and would gladly stay there again. The only thing I would change is the mattress. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Summary: It was a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable, easy check in and we had no complaints.

Summary: The location was the best! Nice neighborhood and close to downtown, the best restaurants, and close to all the pickleball locations in town! Loved our stay. Small but perfect for a couple or a small family! The host was so accommodating and seems to have thought of everything.
