Just outside the Tonto National Forest, ViewPoint offers scenic views from its RV resort hook-up and new home sites. Golf is a popular way to spend the morning hours here in Mesa, and ViewPoint Resort offers a 18 hole championship golf course as well as a 9 hole executive golf course. Of course, there is also a wonderful collection of shopping, dining and entertainment establishments inside and just outside our resort in Arizona. Hiking, biking, and walking in the area's parks and dry river beds are also great ways to explore the natural surroundings. Our facilities include Fat Willy’s Clubhouse Pub & Grill, with spacious banquet rooms and a quaint little bar and grill that will surely quench your thirst or appetite before, during or after your round on the links. Our settings are ideal for most types of group functions. The Terrace Green Event Center with it’s elegant decor and stunning scenery can be the perfect setting for any group event including: weddings, receptions, golf outings, and social gatherings.
“This is traditional golf,” says Frank Samprone, the Director of Golf Operations, “it’s not overwhelming for the average player, but it still provides a good degree of challenge for the better player. Our pace of play is excellent. An 18 hole round rarely takes more than four hours and 15 minutes. It’s also a great course to walk.

Summary: Property manager (owner) was very accommodating prior to arrival and even purchased a golf cart for us to use while in this 'Snowbird' park in Arizona. Everything looked great on arrival until we realized there was no dining table & chairs (borrowed card table & chairs), no BBQ, minimal linen so had to borrow, minimal dishware, had to pay at laundromat for laundry, no daily cleaning tools, bathroom sink & tub had no plugs. Could tell the place was 'rushed ready' to accommodate renters as a surface only cleaning was done and baseboards had been removed but not replaced and nails were protruding out so I removed avoiding to cut fingers while washing floor. This is a single wide trailer and rent was definitely overpriced. Did some major cleaning and was promised a refund by the owner but this has not been received so very disappointed.
