Our home is located in the safe and beautiful Ranch Park neighborhood. It is a 30 minutes car ride from downtown Vancouver. Within walking distance to the Coquitlam shopping center, Coquitlam skytrain and Coquitlam Westcoast express train so you don't really even need to have a car. Take the local skytrain all the way from the Richmond YVR airport to Coquitlam center station and be at our home in about one hour. On elevated land with a beautiful view of the city. You can rent your own private level ground newly renovated one bedroom suite, with large windows and lots of light. The bedroom has a queen size luxury foam bed for 2 people and the new living room queen sofa bed can also sleep 2 additional people. Ideal for families. Cozy up to the beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the full kitchen with all you need to make your meals (full size fridge and stove, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, etc.). We'll even stock the fridge with essentials for your first breakfast. There is a private bathroom with tub and shower. Also equipped with own private washer and dryer. There is free parking for up to 2 cars. Free Wi-fi and free local phone calls with private landline in suite. Television has extended cable channels and free Netflix access. We have stocked the apartment with fun games and books for the entire family! Pets OK. Wheelchair accessible.

Summary: Our three-week stay in Hans and Annette’s suite was delightful. It was great to have en-suite laundry, and the little patio was a great space for coffee, conference calls, or blowing bubbles with our toddler. Hans and Annette were gracious and helpful—from providing get-you-started food staples to the recommending their favorite sushi. Being close to Coquitlam Center was a big plus too.

Summary: Very good location with easy access to Sky Train on foot or by bus and also short walk to shopping centre and many other shops around. Neighbourhood is pretty quiet and even in peak times there aren't many cars driving past. Plenty of space in the property for a couple for a long stay and with the sofa, maybe even an additional person for short stays. The place is equipped with everything you may need, perhaps with the exception of a dishwasher, but that is hardly a deal breaker. The owners Annette and Hans have been pleasant and helpful, offering advice even on matters that aren't necessarily related to our stay at their place. As newcomers we have been very grateful for that, since we don't know anyone in the area. I can't say that this place is ideal for a specific type of holiday/stay as the home itself and the location make it convenient for almost anything you'd want to do in lower mainland and surrounding areas or even trips to Vancouver Island or US.

Summary: I had a great stay! It was quiet, comfortable and cozy. The hosts were welcoming when I arrived and went above and beyond to have things in the house I may have forgotten to bring with me, including food in the fridge and dog food. I had a couple questions during my stay and Annette got back to me right away. The suite is in a nice neighbourhood where I was able to walk my puppy and there was plenty of room to park my truck, I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Hans and Annette were very helpful and accommodating. The area was lovely and shopping was only a 10 min drive away. It was nice to be able to travel with our dog.

Summary: This accommodation (a 1 bedroom apartment ) - I would recommend without hesitation. The hosts have gone way beyond the call of duty. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and very welcoming. The hosts were very easy to communicate with from my first inquiry right to the end of our stay! The hosts even provided some "basic" foods in the kitchen. Annette, the hostess welcomed us and spent time with my grandchildren explaining the TV and how to operate it when we arrived... I booked this for my family and was more than satisfied - We would stay again. Very recommended..
