Summary: Spouse and I come to Birmingham periodically to visit family. Very convenient, whether headed into town or suburbs. 5-15 minute drive to stores, entertainment, etc. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice place to come to after a long travel day. Host communicates well and is very hospitable.

Summary: The property is in a good location but the entire property smells like smoke. Even after getting home and washing our clothes, there’s a residual smoke smell. There were air purifiers in two of the rooms, but did not help the overall smell. Things were clean and nice, but the smell was overpowering. Were it not for the smell of smoke I would have rated this much much higher. It should say something in the description that people have smoked inside.

Summary: Perfect property for a girls trip, very centrally located, feels very safe. Quiet and cozy. The condo is clean, and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen... thank you so much for the coffee basket as well as the snacks! Full size refrigerator with ice maker
