Summary: Quiet - The owners were amazing. The home was great and served our stay well. Having a walk in shower for my dad was good but to make it better, the owners ordered a shower chair to arrive on the day we arrived and for them to think of my families needs was a blessing. We would rent/stay with them again

Summary: Not only was the description spot on, but it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we entered, we felt we were at home. From the grills to the bathroom supplies it was over the top. Summary: We had some basketball officials coming from various parts of the state to Kingston for annual training. Normally, we provide hotel rooms, but when the hotels were booked due to the Sandbass Festival, I just about panicked. I went and found this place on VRBO and I was impressed with the layout and how nice it was. I met my friends down there so they could get settled in and they were impressed as well. They actually preferred the house over the hotel rooms, so that means that they will be back next year.

Summary: Our stay was a great one! The house has everything you need and then some. Clean, homey, and looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises here. Casino and lake are a 5 min drive. We got rained out one day. No complaints here. Games and movie day for us. Definitely would recommend.
