Summary: Myself and family were pleased with the property. We opted to rent a home instead of multiple hotel rooms, and it proved to be an excellent choice. There was ample space for everyone including room for my mom and her walker. The owners were accomodating and pleasant!

Summary: We stayed as a family here for eclipse viewing April, 2024. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean with much attention to detail in providing comfort for guests. We highly recommend this listing.

Summary: My wife, twin 7 year olds, and friends with another 7 year old came to Bloomington for IU's homecoming weekend. Communication was excellent throughout. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes from the stadium/Assembly Hall. The home has everything you could want for kids...toys, games, books, outdoor activities but it's also well stocked otherwise. I would highly recommend if you have a family and need a place for a couple of days in Bloomington.

Summary: We stayed at this home for graduation weekend. And used it as a gathering place to have lunch with family and friends after the ceremony. It was incredibly convenient! Out of traffic and so much more relaxed and personal than going to a busy restaurant. From the very beginning we were shocked at how clean, organized, and thoughtful the hosts were. The space was open and and bedrooms cozy and comfortable! Tons of space for all our stuff! From the minute we booked the communication was impeccable! We had an issue with the key code and it was resolved immediately and with such kindness! Firewood was provided and we enjoyed sitting and sharing all the college experiences they had. The most incredible special touch was flowers left for my twins who graduated along with chocolates and even graduation plates and napkins! I mean.. who does that?!?! The care they showed for me and my family was touching!!! I would highly recommend staying there!
