This cozy three bedroom home with one bathroom is ideally suited for a family looking for a relaxing getaway. Sleeps 8 people with two main floor bedrooms and a full size loft. Built in 2017 this home has modern appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crockpot, pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, and children utensils/plates. The living area has an electric fireplace and a smart TV w/ Roku. The two main floor bedrooms have queen beds, the loft has a full size bed and two twin beds. Bedroom linens and some toiletries are provided, please bring bath towels. The main floor living area is open concept with large windows and patio doors for views of the lake and gorgeous sunsets.
The patio doors open up to a large deck area that has a patio table and charcoal grill provided. The deck right off of the living area is a wonderful way to start the day with a cup of coffee or end the day with a drink and the sunset. The large yard is great for yard games, and is an easy walk to the lake from the house. There is a bench just a small ways away from the house to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The shoreline is perfect for swimming, you can walk right into the water on a hot summer day. The dock is great for casting away your worries, or your favorite fishing lure. Enjoy clear night skies around the campfire pit w/ firewood that is provided.
The nature around the Pike Lake chain is abundant. Eagles are not an uncommon sight along with the song of the loon. Pike lake is connected to four other lakes, which is acres of fun and fishing to explore. On the lakes there are two waterfront bars/restaurants and places to get bait. The area is great for kayaking, watersports, fishing, and any other water activities. The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest has many nearby trails to enjoy. Minoqua is a short 20 minute drive with shopping, restaurants, and many other attractions for everyone. There will be no shortage of fun whether spending the days relaxing by the lake or exploring the northwoods!

Summary: We loved our stay! The weather was cooler than we had hoped, but still were able to enjoy a few boat rides and fired at night. The yard was amazing and wish we would have been able to utilize it more for yard games but too cold and windy while we stayed. We're hoping to get another stay in next year if it works for everyone!!

Summary: We stayed here for our annual summer cabin trip and the place couldnt have been a better fit for us. The cabin is new, it was clean and everything worked. The dock was nice and had a spot to tie up our fishing boat for the week. We recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, family or couples!

Summary: Awesome yard to play in, nice, clean newer cabin. Only downfall is you can't really swim or fish off the dock, the water is very shallow and kinda yucky--- but there is a really nice sand bar just across the lake that the kids really enjoyed staying at. I'd come back here again even now that I know the lake rules (tubing and skiing only till 5 p.m) and super shallow boat landing. The cottage, yard, and sand bar are great features.

Summary: My brothers and I booked a 4 day vacation/fishing trip at the Peaceful Pines cabin. Owners Travis and Kim were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. They even allowed us to check in 3 hrs early do to the cabin being ready and cleaned the day prior. Immediately up arriving to the cabin, I realized we had made the right choice in picking this cabin for our place to stay! The cabin is newer with many great amenities and is exactly as described! Both my brother and I commented on how very clean the place is, obvious of how Travis and Kim take care of the cabin. Furniture is in great condition, kitchen appliances are new and all the utensils one would expect to have. I especially noticed the sleeping s to be very comfortable, not something I used to having when staying at someone else’s place. The outside fire pit and supplied fire wood was an added bonuses, as we enjoyed a nice campfire each night after fishing. The boat dock is in very good condition with no hazards to be concerned about. Only would caution any other boaters to know the water is shallow and to take it slow going out and coming back into the dock. Otherwise and overall great vacation and wonderful cabin to stay at. Both my brothers and I have already commented to each that we look forward to making this our yearly trip. Can’t wait to book the cabin again next year!

Summary: Quiet area. Nice lake. I recommend renting a boat, kayaks or something to take you out into the lake a bit for swimming. The shore is sandy bottom, but not deep enough for swimming. It is weedy off the dock so again no swimming. Everything else is great.

Summary: Check in process with door code was a little off, but one quick text and we got a response in a few minutes. Travis was nice enough to let me store my boat on property a day before we could check in. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Small beach for kids to play in. FYI water at end of dock really isn’t deep enough to jump off of. We would stay again.

Summary: Wonderful property with a beautiful view of the lake. Huge yard with plenty of room for kids to run around. Cabin was very clean and well kept, with all amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. Lakes offer lots of fun, fishing, swimming, wildlife viewing etc. A fantastic up north vacation for the family!

Summary: The house was gorgeous and perfect size for the 6 of us! Slammed the blue hill and crappies, kayaked and tubed. Kids could swim off the dock. Large yard perfect for outdoor games. Couldn’t have asked for better weather. Neighbors were friendly and even brought us some leftover fish fry.
