Positive: It was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel. We liked it much better , as it is much quieter. It was clean and nice.
Negative: No paper towels, lawn needed mowed. Minor.

Positive: The Cozy 3BR Haven was very spacious, well-appointed, and generally very comfortable, even for a larger family. The Hosts were very helpful with all aspects of the stay.
Negative: My only 'complaint' is that one of the beds was not so comfortable. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Positive: The neighborhood is quiet, covered front porch, large home, TV with Prime ready to watch, window coverings, washing machine/dryer, full-size refrigerator/freezer and bottle opener. Checking out was simple - sheets on floor and bath towels too. Driveway for off-street parking. 3/4 mile walk into town along tree-shaded sidewalks. Town has a lot of charm and character. Good water pressure, nice shower. Windows screens and good lighting.
Negative: A chair or two on the porch would be homey. Plug-in airfresheners, scented soap/conditioner and similar seemed to be for coverage - unplugged and used our own soap. Floor soft/spongey into kitchen. No mattress cover under the fitted sheet - something expected at home and when traveling. If staying for a few nights, plan to do a few things when checking in for a more comfortable stay (e.g. fragrance-free laundry load of sheets/towels and window ledge cleaning)
Summary: Quiet, low-key, much like staying at a relative's weekend cabin

Positive: The communication and flexibility with the owner and cleaning staff was exceptional. The house was very spacious and clean.
Negative: It was a very hot weekend and it was 79° inside when we arrived. There are two window unit air conditioners - one in the front bedroom and the other in the front family room. The rest of the house stayed quite warm so we could not sleep in the larger (king) bed because it was just too hot back there.
