Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Restaurants nearby can be walked to if desired. Plenty of street parking, but you have access to the garage and driveway for parking.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The pool gets serviced weekly on Mondays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.
Hot Tub is available year round. No eating or drinking in the hot tub. Please be gentle with hot tub cover. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Summary: We rented with another couple for Spring Training. This was a great location for games we attended with 2 grocery stores close by and a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect to chill out after a day of baseball. Richard the host was great and very responsive to our questions. Thanks and hope we can visit again

Summary: We needed a place to stay for a week. We wanted a hot tub and a pool. It was a cool week so the pool was only needed for a cold plunge from the hot tub. But we loved it all. The host answered my questions promptly and was nice to work with.

Summary: My wife and I couldn't have been happier with this house. We were in town for a week visiting her family and friends, and this was the perfect home base for us. Everything was clean and like new, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and having access to a garage was an unexpected bonus—making it super easy to load and unload our car, and keep it out of the intense Phoenix sun. But the real star of this property is the hot tub—it's practically brand new, with powerful jets and multiple jet configurations...can't tell you how amazing it felt to end each day with a relaxing soak before bed! Plus, all of our communications with the owner, Richard, were timely and friendly. All of this for less then the cost of some hotel rooms. We plan on staying here every time we return to Phoenix if possible. Highly recommended!
