Summary: Generally speaking, the house was nice....4 bedrooms/2 baths were convenient. However, the initial communication was horrid. I never received the check in information and when I asked for it, it was incorrect. I had to call someone when I arrived at the house. When we walked into the house, one of the bathrooms was filthy...the toilet had not been cleaned and still had dirty washrags. The kitchen had old food in the fridge and there was moldy coffee grinds in the coffee pot. I called and someone came over to look it over. He took pictures but did not clean it up until the next day. They provided us a small restaurant gift card as an apology but it was too late by then. I will never rent this house again.

Summary: We were in town for the BMX Grands over thanksgiving weekend. The house was very comfortable and accommodating, and Mickey is a great host. The proximity to everything we needed: Expo Center, downtown, and other attractions, was great. All about a 10 minute drive. Recommended stay.
