Summary: Unfortunately the apartment was not up to our standards and we checked out after 1 night in a 6 night reservation. However the communication with the owners/managers was excellent. Service was prompt in answering our concerns to our satisfaction. Instructions in gaining access and vacating could be a little easier to understand.

Summary: The suite was clean , mostly positive , only issue was the apartment door slams hard when closing hard enough the the neighbour hears and feels it. the check in was through a app you have to load on your phone , I guess thats ok, I had issues with it actually didnt use it as the securty guy at the entrance helped me get in and get the fob, Parking was good , and the TV had 5 remotes, none where labeled and no cable , can only stream on the TV.

Summary: The app I needed to install wasn’t working on my phone so it was a little stressful getting that to work so I could get in. Once in we found the bedroom window was broken and wouldn’t close and there was no screen on the window. The furniture was different the. The picture and we thought there was laundry in the suite but it was actually located on another floor. It was disappointing that we had to agree all These contractual things and on their side the window doesn’t even have to open and close and be able to lock shut. We asked to leave and get a refund.

Summary: Communication with the host is very good. The kitchen is really nice and practically brand new. The bedroom is cozy and there is ample storage in the unit. There is no washer/dryer in the condo as stated in amenities and the building and some items in the unit are starting to show their age. Having said that I would stay there again.
