Enjoy relaxing in this cozy cottage centrally located in Town of Canandaigua in the Finger Lakes region. Home is in rural area close to Bloomfield, Victor and Bristol Hills. There is plenty of space outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and cozy spaces inside to rest and enjoy!
It has two bedrooms- one full size bed and the other has a work area. It can fit an i flatable matress for additional sleep space. There is a big kitchen and cozy family room with sectional sofa.
We have also set up 2 different workspaces for anyone looking to work remote from there. Please note home currently does not have a TV set-up.
A cozy and newly renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a gorgeous kitchen great for entertaining friends and family. Beautiful, large back yard surrounded by fields with lots of privacy.
Home is close to towns of Canandaigua, Victor, Bloomfield and Geneva. Very centrally located in the Finger Lakes and close to a main highway to get to all the nearest spots- farms, wineries, lakes, restaurants and picturesque towns.
We have also set up 2 different workspaces for anyone looking to work remote from the cottage. One is in the family room next to the fireplace and the other is in one of the bedrooms. There is also additional space in the dining table and breakfast nook.
A newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. It has a brand new kitchen, new carpet throughout, garage and laundry. It is close to everything Canandaigua and neighboring towns have to offer: wineries, restaurant, lake access, antique stores hospitals and farms.
It is a cute home and centrally located. We take a lot of pride in making it welcoming and keeping it clean for all our guests. We want you to feel at home. We are happy to help any way possible to make it a great stay. We have spent a lot of time in Canandaigua and happy to make recommendations for wineries, breweries, antoque shops. farms to visit and things to do!
It is located very central with mamy attractions just within 30 minutes. It also has a spacious backyard with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy it.

Summary: We rented this property for a girls’ weekend as it was almost equidistant between Michigan and Boston. It was perfect for the three of us. Communication with the owners was easy and problems were dealt with quickly. We were able to do everything we wanted - beach, wineries and spending time together. We’d definitely come back another year.

Summary: My mom, sister and I visited for a family wedding at Bristol Springs Ski Resort. The location of the house was great - an easy 15 min ride to the wedding venue and less than 10 min to shops, grocery, etc. Very convenient and a great space for the three of us. Clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Owners were responsive and provided all of the info and instructions we needed to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Summary: Had a family gathering and could not fit everyone in my house. My brother and daughter and grandson stayed at this property to be nearby. SO much nicer than staying in a hotel. The house was clean and as advertised. We extended an extra day and the property owner was quick to respond and allow that extension. I highly recommend this house for folks staying in the Canandaigua area.

Summary: We had a great time on vacation this year and our Vrbo was great. There were plenty of entertainment options on the TV. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Owners were responsive. Property was well maintained with nice updates. Only negative experience was manure smell of the near by fields in early august. The owners certainly can’t control that. Highly recommend.

Summary: Very well kept property with everything we needed for a week. Perfect spot to crash while we were visiting my father. Myself, my husband, and our nine-year-old son found everything we needed. Really good communication with Michele, Even when the power went out, she was right on it and made sure we were OK. We will be back!

Summary: This property was incredibly clean, centrally located, nice kitchen set-up, easy washer/dryer, gas fireplace, owner provided quick responses to questions-very nice, a couple nice pubs fairly close, great breakfast place, church close, Bristol Mountain pretty close and great Cross Country skiing... Yes we will be returning when Canandaigua calls in future... Thanks so much!!!

Summary: Loved this property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The house is just outside of downtown making it super easy to get around. Loved how secluded the property was. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains really made for a great nights sleep!
